An award-winning broadcaster, Jacinda began her career 17 years ago as a radio reporter for Newstalk ZB and in breakfast radio for Hitz 89FM in Masterton (now part of the More FM network).
Following her love for politics into the Beehive, she spent 12 years working with Members of Parliament, Ministers and in John Key’s Office in communication, strategic and advisory roles.
Establishing Delaney & Thorn Public Relations in 2017, which set the stage for Thorn PR. Jacinda works with household brands, including HELL Pizza and Rebel Bakehouse.
Jacinda has a Bachelor of Broadcasting Communications from the New Zealand Broadcasting School.
Creative and practical, Rachel has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications in New Zealand and the UK.
Working for companies including TelstraClear, Westpac and Fujitsu and Harmonic Analytics, Rachel loves bringing stories to life, both written and visual forms. With a love for creative writing, Rachel has also been the voice behind animations and also wrote articles for the Research Association Quarterly Magazine.

Rachel has studied marketing, communications technology and public relations through Massey University.
Odette is a senior marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience in South Africa, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Working as both in-house marketing lead, and in advertising agencies, Odette has a strong skill set in strategic planning and implementation, and digital marketing.
Odette’s expertise covers all aspects of digital marketing (web, email, social, organic and paid search, content), advertising, custom publishing, communications, branding and project management.
Odette is also the voice behind Wellington Buzz, a blog and Insta account that pays homage to her city of Wellington.
